Our support channels 

Available support channels are based on your product plan. 

All plans provide access to the extensive Help centre, where step-by-step instructions and supporting videos will help you get to where you need to be. Should you have an issue that is not covered in the help centre, you can log a support ticket via email – on all plans. 

Should they be required, dedicated contact centre consultants (telephonic support) can be arranged on the Custom plans. 

Our operating hours are: 8.30am – 5:00pm (UTC+2:00), Monday to Friday.
