By now, we’ve all realised that we need to show employee appreciation. At least, we hope you have!

If you were still on the fence for some reason, go read what Gallup has to say about the low cost and high impact of employee recognition. Compelling stuff, to say the least.

These days, most innovative companies have a SaaS-based employee recognition and reward platform as a part of their HR ecosystem. However, for these systems to function well, it has to be used to relay specific, timeous feedback that highlights employees’ efforts on a regular basis. I.e., managers and co-workers have to put their appreciation into words.

This can be a little tricky sometimes, especially if you’re not exactly a natural wordsmith to start with. So, to make things a little easier, we’re sharing a few feedback examples that can be used to show your team members you appreciate them. Here you go!
